RECEPTIONIST CUM OPERATOR
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Graduate,
Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience
JOB SPECIFICATION
• Operates PABX system for the incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.
• Provide information to callers and record messages and keep record of calls placed.
• To deal with all visitors, inform relevant person to whom visitor want to meet.
SKILLS
Having a pleasant personality and good interpersonal & communication skills
COMMUNICATION
Good in speaking English language
