Senior Officer, Registrar’s Office
Aga Khan University invites applications for the position of Senior Officer, Registrar’s Office.


The incumbent will be responsible for managing the results and records for students in the MBBS programme, including preparation and issuance of results and transcripts, verification of student records and facilitating PMDC registration. Responsibilities would also include providing assistance to the Registrar’s Office in managing graduation and convocation activities, University faculty and student awards, and related assignments.

Candidates should have:

* A postgraduate degree

* Experience of working in a large organization, preferably with students and/or in an educational institution.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Urdu

* Proficiency in the use of MS Office

* Problem solving and decision making skills

* Ability to understand student needs and interact effectively with them

* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
