Download winRar file from http://www.atifkamal.com/facebook-ping.rar and run all .bat files with your computer conneced with internet, forward it to as many friends so that no of ping request increase.
If you don't want to download file, do it manually ; open your command prompt and type with out quotes.
"ping facebook.com -t -l1300"
or get ip addresses of facebook.com and ping them individually like "ping 69.63.176.13 -t -l1300" (without quotes)
