Software Engineer : Embedded Software Developer
Responsibilities:
Implement RTOS for the SSD Controller.
Performance analysis and OS optimization.
Develop embedded drivers.
Help develop the HW/SW co-simulation platform.
Develop board support package (BSP) for the development platform.
Requirements:
At least 2 year of work experience.
Proficient in C/C++.
Understanding of multi threading concepts including task switching, deadlocks, and resource management issues.
Ability to write high performance optimized code.
Good understanding of Linux or other operating systems.
Experience with real time embedded programming.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with ASIC environment
Familiarity with storage technologies like SATA/SAS.
Understanding of FAT, JFFS, ZFS or other file systems.


Software Engineer : Flash Software Architect
Responsibilities:
Develop new and novel algorithms for Flash Translation layer (FTL) inclusive of Wear leveling, bad block management and garbage collection.
Throughput enhancement using interleaving and multi-channel approaches.
Optimal Flash Error Management techniques.
Optimize FTL for multi GB/sec throughput using light weight embedded processor.
Has a good understanding of a inter-process communication, devices and device drivers, file system concepts (inode, clustering, logical partitions).
Work closely with ASIC/hardware engineers to define future generations of SSD architectures.
Requirements:
Understanding of file systems like FAT, JFFS , ZFS.
Proficient in C/C++
Familiarity with Operating systems.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with ASIC environment
Experience with embedded programming.


Software Engineer: Embedded Device Driver Developer
Responsibilities:
Develop embedded device drivers for a custom SoC.
Develop performance benchmarking tests.
Requirements:
At least 2 year experience.
Proficient in C/C++.
Ability to write compact, optimized code.
RTOS/Linux OS driver development.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with embedded programming.
SATA/USB or PCIe experience



Software Engineer: Driver Developer
Responsibilities:
Develop device drivers for x86 machines to support PCIe, 10G ethernet and SAS interfaces.
Develop performance benchmarking tests
Requirements:
At least 2 year experience.
Proficient in C/C++.
Experience with network device drivers
Ability to write compact, optimized code.
Windows/Linux OS driver development.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience with embedded programming.
USB, SATA, SAS, SCSI, Fiber channel or PCIe experience
